8 week Posterior Chain Focus

Endless kickbacks and hip thrusts aren’t going to grow your lower body. You need to hit the posterior chain in it’s entirety from multiple angles with the appropriate mix of compound movements, unilateral work and accessory.

This program is 8 weeks in length with 3 days per week. You can add the upper body program with it. I’d suggest spacing the days out throughout the week.
