Athletic Domination program

$75.00

This program was crafted to focus on all of the qualities being an athlete encompasses. You have to warm-up with purpose, fight for your working sets, let the lungs burn during conditioning and execute with intensity.

This is a 4-week 4x a week program focusing on building overall athleticism, maximal explosiveness, strength and conditioning. This is a high-volume program for the intermediate -advanced athlete. This is a good program to do in between programs, off season strongman/PL or for the average person looking to improve their overall athleticism who is familiar with compound movements.

Each day starts with a pre-hab warm-up routine (this is italicized), feel free to add in anything else you see fit.

Remember to warm up to the appropriate weight for each working set. Every week, you will aim to increase your weight on the compound movements as the number of reps decreases. For anything that has max reps, push yourself here but stop when you aren’t executing with perfect form.

Equipment needed:

  • Barbell

  • Dumbbells

  • Sled

  • Battle ropes

  • Rower or ski erg

  • Trap barFarmers handles: option to use dumbbells or kettlebells
